I paid 5,200 to have the transmission rebuilt/upgraded on my 2002 excursion with the 4r100 in December of 2024. I’ve driven 40,000 miles since then and the transmission had a massive failure. This is a stock truck doing normal things. I’m extremely disappointed. I would not trust them to rebuild a 4r100. They offered half off labor to rebuild it again but it’s still a lot of money!

Had my transmission fluid changed and they did a great job. Jackson and I discussed a problem that I'm having with my wife's transmission and I felt comfortable enough with his honesty so I scheduled an appointment to have them look at hers as well. A follow up post/review will follow after that outcome/interaction. Craig

Jackson and his team We’re professional and honest. We use them for the first time in the fall of last year for a repair on an cv seal. A few months later the car seemed like it was slowly dripping again on the garage floor and after our primary mechanic told us it appeared to be a transmission leak , We brought it back to Jackson. There was no hesitation for them to warranty the work and he explained in solid detail this susceptibility of some of these silicon seals to fail. They even went the extra mile to find the exact manufactured piece as opposed to trying to put something in there that might have the tendency to fail again. The honesty and integrity under Jackson’s current leadership will make them the first place I call for future issues for our cars.

Jackson and his crew were amazing. I was going in for a scheduled transmission fluid service. When they had the drain pan off, they noticed a bolt had fallen off and into the pan (may have been a miss from previous work. My service prior was done at the round rock location). His team took the time to retorque all of the bolts so that it would not happen again. His team made sure i was a happy customer. If you have to get transmission work done, I highly recommend A+ Transmission, they stand by their work. Update - June 2026, took in the vehicle to get the Differential serviced. Was greated by Jackson, and he even asked about how the previous service is holding up...Even remembering about the bolt. Shows true customer service to not only ask about the current service to make sure i was following specs and to see if any other reason i was bringing it in, but he also touched base on the past trasmission service to make sure everything was still going well... Still 5 starts at going the extra mile Jackson...Will continue to bring my vehicles here for your excellent service and attention to detail.

I had such great service at A Plus! Hector and Jackson really did a good job of keeping me informed. They completed a repair I requested that no one else would attempt without a complete transmission replacement. The repair has been successful and I am hoping to get a few more miles from this vehicle!! The price was fair and something I could afford. Thank you guys.
